Pre-Construction

The Pre-Construction page tracks the work that happens before installation begins: permits, drawings, under-slab work, pull sheets, and utility locates. It is organized into tabs, and you only see the tabs you have permission to view.

Across the tabs you can set a date range and a division to focus the list, and most tables include a Day Count column with a colored badge showing how urgent each item is, and a Status column. You can edit an item from its row to open a side panel, and export the table.

The Permits tab tracks permit applications and numbers per project and trade. It shows columns such as Project ID, Inspection Area, the permit application and permit numbers, Address, Assigned To, Day Count, and Status. Filter by stage and inspection area, optionally exclude items handled by the builder, and search by project. Edit a row to update the permit application date, permit numbers, status, assigned users, and notes.

The Drawings tab tracks drawing progress per project. It shows Project ID, Division, Inspection Area, Model Type, the stage, Assigned To, Time Spent, Notes, Day Count, and Status. Filter by stage and search by project. Edit a row to update time spent, notes, status, and assigned users.

The Under Slab tab tracks under-slab work such as trenching and rough-in. Its columns mirror the Drawings tab, with the stage set by the trade filter you choose. Edit a row to update time spent, notes, status, and assigned users.

The Pullsheets tab tracks rough and final pull sheets. It shows Project ID, the Schedule Date, the Sent Date, Status, and Day Count. Choose Rough or Final, and search by project. Edit a row to update the sent date, status, assigned users, and notes.

The Locate tab tracks utility locate requests for trenching, secondary underground, and water and sewer service. For each stage it shows the scheduled and confirmed dates and a day count. Filter by community, inspection area, and date range, and search by project. Edit a row to set the scheduled and confirmed dates, and select multiple rows to confirm locates in bulk.

Each tab requires its own Pre-Construction permission, so the tabs you see depend on your access.
