Office
The Office page is where office staff track meters, temporary power, and the inspection log. It is organized into tabs, and you only see the tabs you have permission to view. Each tab opens to your current division and lets you set a date range, and you edit an item from its row to open a side panel.
Meters
The Meters tab tracks meter release progress. It shows Project ID, Inspection Area, the electrical permit number, Energy Provider, the service inspection pass date, the permit application date, Meter Notes, a Day Count, and Status. Filter by location, community, inspection area, and date range. Edit a row to update the permit number and application date, the meter notes, and the meter status (for example pending or confirmed with the inspection bureau or energy provider, and meter install confirmed).
Temporary
The Temporary tab tracks temporary power, also called T-Pole. It shows Project ID, the Schedule Date, Superintendent, Assigned To, Address, the temporary permit, a Day Count, Status, the inspection date, the Result, and the removal date. Filter by location, community, and superintendent, and optionally exclude items handled by the builder. Edit a row to set the schedule date, installer, inspection date and result, removal date, and status. The installer list offers every installer in your organization who works the phase's trade, no matter which division they are in and no matter which divisions you have access to. It is grouped by division, with the phase's own division first, and you can search by name or login email. Next to the schedule date and inspection date you can use the lock button to lock or unlock that date, and a locked date cannot be changed until it is unlocked. Locked dates show a lock icon next to them in the table.
Inspection Log
The Inspection Log tab tracks inspections across projects. It shows Project ID, Phase, Inspection Area, the schedule, inspection, and reinspection dates, Address, Assigned To, a Day Count, the Results, energy provider, residential superintendent, meter release status, and completion date. Use the view buttons to switch between Active Projects, Completed Projects, Completed Not Passed, and Archived, and filter by stage, location, community, inspection area, builder, superintendent, and date range.
Edit a row to set the inspection date and result, assigned contacts, energy provider, and meter release status. Use the lock button next to the inspection date to lock or unlock it, and a locked date cannot be changed until it is unlocked. Locked inspection dates show a lock icon next to them in the table. The completion date and the Mark Complete control stay disabled until the result is "Passed" or "Failed then Passed". When you have permission, you can mark an item complete directly from the row.
Permissions
Each tab requires its own Office permission, so the tabs you see depend on your access. Marking an inspection complete requires the relevant permission.
