The Warehouse page tracks pull sheet progress for the rough and final phases, so warehouse staff can see what material needs to be prepared and when.

At the top of the page, summary cards count the work by timing for the selected phase: Overdue, Today, Less Than A Week, and More Than A Week. A status breakdown shows how many items are in each status, such as Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Completed, Sent, and Approved. Use the phase selector to switch between Rough and Final.

The table shows each project with its Project ID, Phase, Schedule Date, who it was Received By, the In Warehouse date, who added the parts and when, Notes, Status, and a Days count. Projects without the selected phase are left out of the list.

Filter by date range and division, and search by project.

Edit a row to open a side panel where you can update the installation date, who received the parts, the in-warehouse date, the parts-added date and people, notes, and the status.
