Viewing the Schedule
The Schedule page is where you view and manage installations, inspections, tasks, and service calls on a calendar. Use it to see what is scheduled, filter down to the work you care about, move dates, assign installers, and email the day's schedule out to the field.
Choosing a view
Switch how much of the calendar you see using the view tabs:
2 Weeks: a 14-day grid.
Month: a full month.
Week: a single week.
Day: a single day.
Use Today to jump back to the current date, and the previous and next arrows to move between periods. The page refreshes on its own at a regular interval, and you can pull in the latest changes at any time with Refresh Schedule. The time of the most recent update is shown next to the title.
Filtering the schedule
The filter panel runs down the left side. Use Toggle Filters to show or hide it and give the calendar more room.
Narrow by who and where
Division: the location or office.
Trade: Electrical, Gas, HVAC, or Plumbing.
Community, Builder, and Superintendent: limit the schedule to a specific community, builder, or superintendent.
Each of these has a search box so you can type to find an option quickly.
Choose what kind of work to show
Pick the people and turn on the matching work types:
Installer with Installations and Inspections.
Field Crew with Tasks. The list holds everyone a punch list or walk task can be assigned to, grouped by role.
Service Tech with Service Calls.
When you turn on a work type, its stages appear as checkboxes grouped by trade so you can show only the stages you need.
Installation Badge
The Installation Badge filter shows only installation events that carry at least one badge you select:
Locked: the scheduled date is locked.
Pullsheet Sent: the pullsheet has been sent.
Drawings Complete: drawings are finished.
Under Slab Complete: under-slab work is finished.
Ready: the work is ready.
Sent: the item has been sent.
Use Clear to remove all badge selections.
Searching
Click Search at the top to open the search panel. It has separate boxes for Project ID, Community, Address, Lot, and Block, and each box lets you match by "contains", "begins with", or an exact match. Fill in the boxes you want and click Search, or click Clear to empty them. A badge on the Search button shows how many boxes are in use.
Reading an event
Each event on the calendar shows the project ID, the stage, and status badges. Inspection and re-inspection tiles keep that same stage color and add an Insp or Re-Insp label, so they stay distinct from installations when the text is cut off. Color (the default) adds a complementary stripe on the left of the tile. Hatch, in Customize Options, draws diagonal stripes instead. When Hatch is on, the title sits on a solid patch of the stage color so the stripes do not run through the letters. Depending on your display settings, it can also show the project address, community, lot and block, and the assigned installer. When your search matches an event, the matching text is highlighted on the tile. A small number in the corner shows how many schedule date history entries the event has, counting the first time the date was set - so an event whose date was set once and never changed shows a 1. Click the number to open the schedule date history, which lists each entry, who made it, and when. Date changes that come in from a builder import are also listed here, shown as made by the system. Entries whose before and after dates fall on the same day are left out of both the list and the number, because they do not move the date; an entry that only locks or unlocks a date is still shown.
Some rows carry a Reconstructed tag. These are changes inferred after the fact because they were not written to history at the time. They are recovered from builder import records, from a gap in the item's date chain, or from the item's current scheduled date when nothing else explains it. Hover the tag to see which evidence was used; on the rare row whose evidence is not one of those three, the tag still appears but has no hover text. Where the exact time is unknown, the Changed at column shows the window the change falls inside, such as "between 2026-08-13 11:34 and 2026-08-14 09:47", or reads Time unknown when even the window cannot be established. A reconstructed row is never shown with a time that was not established, but it still sits in the list where the change happened.
Inspection tiles fade once the inspection has a result. An initial inspection tile fades as soon as a result is recorded, whether it passed or failed, because a result means the inspector has been out. A re-inspection tile works differently: a failed re-inspection stays bright, since another one is needed, and it only fades once it passes. Marking a stage complete does not fade the inspection tile, so inspections that still need to happen stay bright.
Editing an event
Click an event to open its details:
Click the installer to open Assign Installer and choose who is assigned. The list offers every installer in your organization who works the phase's trade, no matter which division they are in and no matter which divisions you have access to. It is grouped by division, with the phase's own division first, and you can search by name or login email.
Click the date to open the date options, where you can pick a new scheduled date, turn the lock on or off, and click Save to apply your changes. While a date is locked, the calendar is turned off until you unlock it.
Whether you can make these changes depends on your permissions, and dates that are locked cannot be moved unless they are unlocked.
Bulk editing
To change many events at once, click Bulk Edit, then select the events you want by dragging across the calendar. The number you have selected is shown, and Edit Selected opens the Bulk Edit Schedule dialog. From there you can:
Update the scheduled date for all selected events.
Choose to move dates that are locked.
Lock or unlock the scheduled dates for all selected events.
Mark stages complete and set a completion date.
Bulk edit works on installation stage events only. You need Schedule edit permission to change dates and Mark Complete permission to mark stages complete. Use Clear to deselect everything and Done to leave bulk edit.
Emailing the schedule
Send the schedule to the field using the email options:
Installer: one email per installer, covering the items assigned to them.
Builder Superintendent: one email per project, sent to the builder contacts for the selected division.
Group: a single email built from the visible items, sent to the Daily Schedule recipients list.
Each option opens a preview so you can review the recipients and content before sending. You must select a division before you can send emails.
In the emails, each phase shows under its display name (for example, Topout) so the field sees the label they recognize. If a phase has no display name set, its regular name is used instead.
In the Group email, each phase is also prefixed with its trade letter (for example, E-Rough for electrical or P-Rough for plumbing), and rows are listed in the order the phases run.
The Builder Superintendent option needs an active builder superintendent on the project's community. If none is set up, the preview shows a message naming the project and asking you to add a builder superintendent contact to the community, then resend.
Builder Superintendent emails match the phase's trade: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and gas each get readiness wording appropriate to that trade. You can also replace the standard wording for any phase with your own custom email under Settings → Project Requirements (see Builder Email Templates). The same wording is used by the per-phase email button on a project's schedule page.
Click a day on the calendar to select it, and click it again to deselect the day. When you switch from a wider view to a narrower one (for example, month to day), the calendar opens on your selected day when it is in view. If no day is selected, it opens on today whenever today is inside the range you were looking at.
Customizing display and colors
Click Customize to open Customize Options, where you can:
Turn on Tile Display Options to show the Address, Community, or Lot / Block on each event.
Choose Color or Hatch for inspection tiles. Color is the default and paints a complementary stripe on the left of the tile. Hatch adds diagonal stripes so inspections stay distinct from installations when the label is cut off.
Change the colors used for stages, tasks, and service events.
Hide weekdays you do not want to see by clicking a weekday in the calendar.
Which calendar this page uses (the original or the rebuilt v2) is chosen for the whole organization by an administrator in Settings > App. There is no per-user switch.
