Dashboard
The Dashboard is your daily home screen. It gives a quick overview of the work scheduled for today, grouped by construction stage, so you can see what is happening at a glance.
What you see
The Dashboard greets you with a welcome message and shows these sections:
Project Work: today's scheduled installations, shown as a separate card for each trade you work in, such as Electrical, Gas, HVAC, and Plumbing. Each card is titled with its trade, for example PROJECT WORK — Electrical.
Inspections: today's scheduled inspections, also shown as a separate card for each trade, such as INSPECTIONS — Plumbing.
Tasks: open tasks assigned to you.
Service Calls: active service requests.
Each Project Work and Inspections card lists rows for that trade's own stages, in the order they happen. The stages shown depend on how each trade is set up, so different trades can list different stages. When you work in many trades, the cards line up in a row you can scroll sideways. Every row shows a count of the projects in that stage. Click a row to see the individual project IDs. The Tasks section includes rows for Punch Items and Job Walks, and Service Calls includes Service and Warranty. If nothing is scheduled for a row, it shows a short note such as "No projects scheduled for today."
Alongside the work sections you will see a card with today's date and, when your division has a location set, a weather card with current conditions.
